General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts made through the website between Energetic Coaching/Golnaz Shahverdi and the customer for consulting and coaching services.

2. Contract Conclusion A contract is formed when the customer books the services offered on the website and receives a confirmation from Energetic Coaching/Golnaz Shahverdi by email. The confirmation represents acceptance of the offer.

3. Services Energetic Coaching/Golnaz Shahverdi offers consulting and coaching services tailored to the individual needs of the customer. The exact scope of services will be agreed upon within the respective contract and session.

4. Technical Requirements The sessions take place live and online - a stable internet connection is required. Upon booking, an email confirmation with a Zoom link will be sent to you. (If using Zoom is not feasible at the time of the session, an alternative like WhatsApp may be used under certain circumstances. Kindly inform us ahead of the session.)

5. Prices and Payment Terms All prices listed on the website are final prices and include statutory VAT. Payment is due after the online booking and without deductions. Payment is made by credit card via a payment gateway.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. However, to manage our schedule effectively and accommodate all clients fairly, we kindly request that you cancel at least 24 hours before a scheduled session. (You may cancel by email to: [email protected])

If you have to cancel your session, we offer you a credit to your account, but we do not offer refunds. You may use these credits towards a future session.

You may cancel up to one time and reschedule based on availability in the calendar.

However, if you cancel the same session a second time, you will lose the payment for the session. (Energetic Coaching/Golnaz Shahverdi reserves the right to be flexible here.)

7. Liability for Coaching and Consulting Services Coaching is not therapy. The coaching and consulting services offered by Energetic Coaching/Golnaz Shahverdi are based on the information and data provided by the customer. Energetic Coaching/Golnaz Shahverdi does not guarantee the success of the consulting or coaching. The customer is responsible for any decisions made based on the consultation. Any liability for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the consulting services is excluded, unless these are due to intent or gross negligence.

8. Confidentiality Energetic Coaching/Golnaz Shahverdi undertakes to treat all information obtained during the consultation and coaching confidentially and not to disclose it to third parties.

9. Data Protection The privacy policy of Energetic Coaching/Golnaz Shahverdi, available on the website, applies. The customer's personal data will be used exclusively for contract processing and will not be shared with third parties without the customer's explicit consent.

10. Final Provisions If any provision of these GTC is invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

11. Choice of Law The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
